Obverse (Obv): It bears the legend "IMP ANTONINVS PIVS AVG" along with the laureate and draped bust of the emperor looking to the right.

Reverse (Rev): The image depicts Victory flying to the left, holding an open crown; there is a star in the upper right and shields on both lower sides.
